Bio
E.J. Viso started racing go-karts in Venezuela at age 5 and captured numerous titles before moving to Europe to further enhance his racing career.
In 2001, in his first year racing cars, Viso won the Skip Barber Dodge Championship Eastern Regional in the United States and also competed in the Italian Formula Renault 2000. Viso then spent six seasons racing in Europe, competing in British Formula Renault 2000, Formula 3, Formula 3000 and GP2. He was also a test driver for Spyker Toyota in Formula One (2006).
Viso moved to the IZOD IndyCar Series in 2008 with HVM Racing and joined KV Racing Technology in 2010.He enjoys participating in extreme sports and rides a unicycle to unwind.
