The Indianapolis 500 Public Drivers Meeting includes final instructions to the 33 competitors from IZOD IndyCar Series race director Beaux Barfield on the frontstretch of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Awards also are presented to drivers in front of a large crowd annually. The event is part of a full day of activities at the Speedway, which include autograph sessions with current and former drivers.
