The team with a race-winning resume worldwide is moving up from Indy Lights to join the Verizon IndyCar Series. Max Chilton and Charlie Kimball, teammates last season at Chip Ganassi Racing, will pilot Carlin's Chevrolet-powered entries in 2018.
