JAN 31, 2018
INDYCAR's #FastSix is a report that borrows from all things found online about Verizon IndyCar Series racing, its drivers and people. We find pics, quips and the occasional GIF as INDYCAR drivers live their extraordinary lives and put the evidence on Twitter, Instagram and more. Check back regularly for the latest.
THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND … THE CAPTAIN
Roger Penske was the talk of the racing world on social media as word got around that he manned his Team Penske pit stand for the duration of the Rolex 24 At Daytona. To no one’s disappointment, the internet delivered one-liners akin to those of the Chuck Norris phenomenon.
Thus offering further proof for my working theory that Penske is actually a cleverly disguised robot.

I bet he could run the Indy 500 and Coke 600 double! And drive his daily from Indy to Charlotte in time!

Roger Penske watched three 24h-Races in real time - in one day!

Roger Penske once attended F1 Monaco, Indy 500, and the Coca-Cola 600 in the same day.

500-VILLE
The tiny house trend is coming to Indianapolis Motor Speedway in May and INDYCAR drivers are here for it.
Big Venue, Tiny House!

We're teaming up with @TryItTiny to bring luxury, pop-up Tiny House Hotels to the #Indy500. Get the first look: https://t.co/ZZQ2OSq8G0 #TryItTiny pic.twitter.com/QcDzzggmKL
This is a fantastic idea. If I was coming to watch the #Indy500 than I would be into this. https://t.co/a79h4Zoy2s

TOGETHER FOR TOWNSEND
The racing community banded together to spread the word about the stolen racing memorabilia of Townsend Bell, the NBCSN analyst for Verizon IndyCar Series races and 10-time Indy 500 starter. Like the rest of us, please keep a watchful eye out for his hard-earned hardware.
Bummer to not win another @Rolex24Hours. Even more bummed to get home after long 36 hours and find out my house was burglarized. Stole my 2014 Daytona Rolex and 10 indy500 rings Please@keep an eye out on eBay or pawn shops.
