INDYCAR Fast Six: What's trending in @INDYCAR from Oct. 18-24
OCT 25, 2017
INDYCAR's #FastSix is a report that borrows from all things found online about Verizon IndyCar Series racing, its drivers and people. We find pics, quips and the occasional GIF as INDYCAR drivers live their extraordinary lives and put the evidence on Twitter, Instagram and more. Check back regularly for the latest.
WE THE NORTH
James Hinchcliffe seems over the moon about getting fellow Canuck Robert Wickens as his teammate at Schmidt Peterson Motorsports next season. When it arrives in March, we predict a 50 percent increase in Maple Leaf flags, Tim Hortons’ products and brotherly moments. This video, of little James and Robert, is, well, darling:
Well this now seems oddly prophetic. And a bit cocky for a 15 year old! SPOILER: I'm pre-beard. Not for the weak stomached! @robertwickens pic.twitter.com/hYTs7DM68E

HE’S BACK
INDYCAR social media missed one of its most entertaining personalities when Conor Daly signed off for a “break” in September. Daly showed up again yesterday, drawing cyber cheers, but his explanation for where he was left some doubters. We’re not calling him a fibber, but you’d think the folks at Costco would have gotten wise to this game before now.

Just rediscovered the internet. I see it hasn't changed much. Forgot how much I loved memes and GIF's pic.twitter.com/4WfGKxosAL

NEW TOY
Just home from his honeymoon and hanging out with best friend, Moodie, Marco Andretti is ready to try out INDYCAR’s newest toy.
Me watching what seems like everyone but us testing the new Indycar. pic.twitter.com/zVyguQxBef

CHEERING FOR THE HOMETOWN TEAM
Charlie and Kathleen Kimball are self-proclaimed California Hoosiers, but their West Coast roots are showing now as they cheer for their first hometown team to win the World Series. So far, so good. The Dodgers won Game 1 on Tuesday night.
1 win down. 3 to go! #thisteam @Dodgers

LAKE LIFE
Looks like Graham Rahal and wife Courtney Force have been taking some time off together on Lake Michigan.
BABY WITH DRIVER
We’re not sure how this worked out but it looks like cute Beau Power is hip to the inconveniences of modern travel with daddy Will Power.
