Fantasy sports fans will get an opportunity to immerse themselves in the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil next week as the #INDYRIVALS Fantasy Challenge presented by Firestone unveils new rules for the historic race on May 29.
Fantasy team owners will be able to select six additional drivers from the field of 33 for a total of 10 competitors on their roster. Additionally, the standard salary cap of $100 will be increased to $500.
Just like the size of the fantasy teams, the prize pool for the #INDYRIVALS Fantasy Challenge is growing as well. For the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500, one lucky winner will take home the grand prize, a trip the 2016 Verizon IndyCar Series Championship finale, the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma at Sonoma Raceway in September. The winner will receive a trip for two including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, two VIP tickets, a garage tour, hot lap ride and an INDYCAR gift bag!
