Newgarden: 'As a group, we made a huge step'

Josef Newgarden earned his first IZOD IndyCar Series podium with a runner-up finish on the streets of Baltimore in the No. 67 Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing car. The Tennessee native turns 23 on Dec. 22.
