Four-time IZOD IndyCar Series champion Dario Franchitti will be a guest on "The Crowd Goes Wild" hosted by Regis Philbin at 5 p.m. (ET) today on Fox Sports 1.
Franchitti, driver of the No. 10 Target Chip Ganassi Racing car, is coming off a third-place finish in the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma on Aug. 15. It was his 119th top-five finish, tying Bobby Rahal for sixth all time, and the fourth in his past five races.
Franchitti also earned his fourth Verizon P1 Award of the season, which broke a tie with Michael Andretti for sixth on the all-time list (32).
Franchitti and 23 other drivers are entered in the Grand Prix of Baltimore presented by SRT on Sept. 1 (2 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network).
