The second episode of Season 2 of “100 Days To Indy,” the motorsports documentary following the compelling stars of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, will premiere at 9 p.m. ET Friday, May 3 on The CW Network.
The six-part unscripted series from Penske Entertainment takes viewers behind the scenes and onto the track with the NTT INDYCAR SERIES drivers as they prepare to compete for racing’s greatest prize: the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on Sunday, May 26 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Episode 1 featured a look back at the dramatic, final-lap duel between Josef Newgarden and Marcus Ericsson in the 2023 Indianapolis 500, during which Newgarden passed leader Ericsson and drove to his first victory in “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” in the fourth-closest finish in the iconic race’s history.
Last Friday’s episode also explored the start of the 2024 season at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, presented by RP Funding, as Newgarden continued with Team Penske and Ericsson moved to his surroundings at Andretti Global.
The six episodes of “100 Days to Indy,” broadcast on consecutive Friday nights, will chronicle every step of the journey to the Indy 500, totaling six NTT INDYCAR SERIES races and the entire epic Month of May at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
“100 Days to Indy” is produced by Penske Entertainment. Emmy Award-winning Patrick Dimon and Adam Marinelli serve as co-executive producers.
