Six-time season champion and 2008 Indianapolis 500 winner, Scott Dixon is the winningest active driver in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and the longest-tenured driver in Chip Ganassi Racing team history. He was born in Australia but is a citizen of New Zealand and was named New Zealand’s Sportsman of the Year in 2008 and 2013. He was also appointed Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2012. Off the track, Dixon is known for his love of his family: his wife, Emma, and their three children, Poppy, Tilly and Kit.

Chip Ganassi has been a fixture in the auto racing industry for more than 30 years and is considered one of the most successful and innovative owners in motorsports.

Today, his teams include five Honda cars in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, a Cadillac V-Series.R in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championship and one GMC HUMMER EV in Extreme E.

Overall, Chip Ganassi Racing teams have 22 championships and more than 250 victories. Overall, Ganassi cars have won six of the seven most iconic races in the world with wins in the Indianapolis 500 (five), Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Rolex 24 At Daytona (eight) and the 12 Hours of Sebring (two).
